Acceptable use
No impersonation, no misleading listeners about who is speaking, no harassment, fraud or automated calling that breaks local rules.
Licence to generated audio
Paid plans grant a worldwide commercial licence to audio you generate, for as long as your plan is active.
Cloning obligations
You warrant that any voice you submit for cloning is consented, verified and revocable per the consent policy. Breach terminates the account.
Calling rules
Outbound campaigns must respect consent, do-not-call lists and local calling hours. We enforce technical limits, but responsibility for the list is yours.
Billing
Plans bill monthly in advance; included minutes do not roll over. Overage bills at $0.14 per minute, per second, in arrears.
Termination
Either side may cancel with 30 days' notice. On termination, cloned voices are retired and your data is exported on request, then deleted.
